Connect your Concept2 Logbook and every RowErg, BikeErg and SkiErg piece reaches your coach with its real numbers - split per 500m, stroke rate and each interval - instead of landing as an unlabelled "workout".
Split per 500m and stroke rate come through on every piece, along with drag factor and average heart rate, so your coach can talk about the session the way you'd talk about it.
A structured piece lands with each split kept separate - distance, time, rate and heart rate per rep - so the coach can see whether you held the pace or faded.
Rowing volume joins your runs, rides, lifting and recovery in one training load, so a hard erg week is visible when the coach plans the next one.
Open integrations on your dashboard, pick Concept2 and sign in to your Concept2 Logbook. Your existing history imports and new pieces sync automatically once they reach the Logbook.
Anything that reaches your Concept2 Logbook syncs, including results you enter by hand. ErgData gives the richest data though - split-by-split detail and stroke information only exist on pieces it recorded.
Yes. RowErg, BikeErg, SkiErg, the dynamic and slides variants, and on-water rowing logged to your Logbook all sync. Each is filed under the right sport rather than lumped together.
Not through Concept2 - the Logbook API records completed results and has no way to program a workout on the monitor. Your coach writes the session into your plan and you set it up on the PM5 or in ErgData, and the result syncs back automatically when you finish.
No. The connection is read-only. We never write results to your Logbook, so nothing we do can touch your challenge totals or ranked entries.
After every workout and night of sleep, it messages you with the analysis - and what to change. Free for 7 days.
