In plain words
What do you store about me?
Your name and email, the data from the apps you connect (workouts, sleep, recovery, body and nutrition), your conversations with the coach, your training plan, the notes the coach keeps so it does not ask twice, and any documents you upload.
Does the AI learn from my data?
No. Your data is sent to an AI provider only to generate your own coaching, and neither we nor the provider use it to train or fine-tune models.
Who at athletedata can see my data?
A small team. Our admin tools only open for a short, named list of team accounts, and the tools we use to investigate problems cannot read the credentials that connect your apps.
What happens when I delete my account?
Your account is deactivated immediately and any subscription ends. For 7 days you can log back in to restore it. After that we erase your data, delete your files and revoke our access at your connected apps. What remains: an anonymous record of business facts with no health data, payment records Swiss accounting law requires us to keep, and any emails you sent us, which we delete on request.
What happens when I disconnect an app?
We stop syncing it and revoke our access at the app where it supports that. What was already imported stays so the coach keeps your history, until you delete it or your account.
