MyWhoosh + AI Coaching

Connect MyWhoosh and the structured rides your coach prescribes land straight in your MyWhoosh workout library, ready to ride indoors, while the sessions you finish flow back into your plan through Strava or Garmin.

What your coach does with MyWhoosh

Prescribed rides, pushed automatically

When your coach builds or adjusts a cycling session, the structured workout (warmup, intervals, targets as % of FTP, cooldown) is sent to your MyWhoosh account so it's waiting for you when you start the app.

Rides count toward your load

MyWhoosh already uploads finished rides to Strava and Garmin Connect. If either is connected to athletedata, those rides land in your training load with power, heart rate, and TSS - no separate MyWhoosh read needed.

One plan across every app

Your indoor MyWhoosh sessions sit in the same plan as your outdoor rides, runs, lifts, and recovery, so the coach balances the whole picture instead of treating indoor training as a gap.

Questions

How do I connect MyWhoosh?+

Open integrations on your dashboard, scroll to Community integrations, pick MyWhoosh, and sign in with your MyWhoosh email and password. Your upcoming cycling sessions are pushed to your MyWhoosh library automatically.

Does my coach read my MyWhoosh rides directly?+

No - MyWhoosh has no official data API, so your coach doesn't read from it directly. Instead, MyWhoosh uploads your finished rides to Strava and Garmin Connect, and those flow into your training load. Keep Strava or Garmin connected so your MyWhoosh rides still count.

Why is MyWhoosh under Community integrations?+

MyWhoosh doesn't offer an official partner API, so this connection is community-maintained and push-only (we send workouts, we don't read data from it). It can change without notice, so if a push ever stops working you may need to reconnect.
