Clue + AI Coaching

Connect Clue and your coach knows where you are in your cycle, so it reads your recovery data correctly and adapts training to each phase instead of overreacting to a normal dip.

What your coach does with Clue

Cycle phase in context

From your period dates and flow, the AI derives your cycle length, current phase, and day of cycle, and keeps that context in every recommendation.

Recovery read correctly

HRV and resting heart rate shift across the cycle. Your coach normalizes the luteal-phase dip instead of mistaking it for poor recovery and pulling sessions you don't need to skip.

Phase-aware training

The coach factors your phase into how it suggests loading hard work, so the plan works with your physiology rather than against it.

Questions

How do I connect Clue?+

Open integrations on your dashboard, pick Clue, and authorize access. Your cycle history imports and new entries sync automatically. Connecting Clue is the opt-in - there's no separate toggle.

What Clue data does the AI use?+

Period start dates and flow. From these it derives your cycle length, current phase, and day of cycle. It does not read individual symptom or mood logs.

Why does my cycle matter for training?+

HRV and resting heart rate move across the cycle. Without that context, a coach can misread the normal luteal-phase dip as poor recovery and tell you to rest when you don't need to.
