WhatsApp messages aren't getting through

Messages to and from your coach on WhatsApp are unreliable right now. This is on the WhatsApp side, not your account. If one of your messages shows a single grey tick, it did not reach the coach, so resend that one on Telegram. Your coach is still on Telegram with all your history and context. Switch over and keep going.

Note from founders: Unfortunately, we depend on Meta and there is little we can do except recommend to switch to Telegram for the time being. Apologies for any inconveniences this might be causing.

How do I know which messages actually got through?

Check the ticks next to each message in WhatsApp. A single grey tick means it left your phone but did not reach the coach, so resend that one on Telegram. Two ticks usually means it arrived, but if a message matters to you, resend it on Telegram to be sure. Sending something twice is fine. The coach reads it once and won't get confused.

Will I lose my history if I switch to Telegram?

No. It's the same coach with the same memory and the same plan. Your whole conversation carries over.

Do I have to onboard again on Telegram?

No. Link Telegram once from your Coach page and you're straight back in.

Why does this keep happening?

WhatsApp runs through Meta's business API. When Meta throttles or blocks delivery we can't force messages through. Telegram doesn't have that limit, which is why we point you there.
